If you need from some unknown reason to use this old version you can download it here.

Zipped package contains only executable file - asfcut.exe and accompanying documentation files (Readme.txt, WhatsNew.txt and sample *.lst file). The best place to copy an *.exe file is the WINDOWS directory (e.g. C:\WINDOWS). By doing so you will have an access to this tool from any directory on any hard-drive.
